Established in 1996, formally BMMI Engineering Services who was originally formed in 1980 a division of BMMI. Currently, BMMI holds 33.3% of Aljazeera Shareholding and Management holds the remaining.
We operate five distinct sub-streams; namely, Water Services, Material Handling, Fire & Safety, Oil & Gas, Instrumentation and Automotive. All sub-streams are looked after by qualified and dedicated sales engineers.
Our policy is to limit our portfolio to quality agencies, where we feel are able to provide added value through marketing! i.e We are not in the business of taking agencies on a price competitive basis, merely to dump once the principle finds that a price rise is necessary to survive in the market.
It is vital that we think long term growth, rather than short term profit!
The automotive sub-stream consists if a retail outlet, which services all our automotive, related products in both direct and ex-stock sales.
Our main agencies are Signode, USA and Brickhouse, UK., we also service the requirements of Lansing Linde handling equipment, whose capital equipment we are the agents for.
We have the ability to carry stock, but similar to most Blue Chip companies this is tightly controlled. We tend to rely heavily on our in-house shipping and forwarding agents to maintain the stocks on a Just In Time basis.
